Opacity The degree to which an image is transparent, allowing images behind it to visually show through.

Out Point The SMPTE time code defining the end of a particular clip. The frame with this time code is not included in the clip.

Out Takes Footage shot during production not used in the final, edited version. Humorous samples are sometimes collected and edited together for bonus viewing material.

Overcrank To run the camera at a faster rate than normal, producing a slow motion effect. This term is a holdover from days when cameras were literally cranked by hand.

Over-the-Shoulder Shot View of the primary subject with the back of another person's shoulder and head in the foreground. Often used in interview situations.
